Graduates of the 10 hour training get a certificate of completion and then in about 6 weeks will get a DOL (Department of Labor) 10-hour card (also known as a "wallet" card) directly from OSHA.

Help develop safety programs to reduce employee exposures.

The class will cover an introduction to OSHA, the "focus four" hazards as well topics like scaffolds, trenching & excavation, and ladders. Online or in person training in Little Elm is available.

Both classes provide a DOL (Department of Labor) 10 hour card directly from OSHA.

The basic knowledge of 1926 [construction] OSHA standards will be provided.

Be prepared for OSHA when a compliance officer shows up at your job site.

There are several states that require this training and most General Contractors require each employee to have it prior to starting work.
